About Minority Possible
We wanted to change what our children inherit.
We are Joel Polley and Annie Chitate — nurses, health educators, entrepreneurs, coaches, husband and wife, and parents of six.
Over the years, our work has taken us from hospital rooms to coaching rooms, churches, stages, marriage events, health events, online communities, and conversations with thousands of people trying to build healthier lives.
But eventually we realized something:
That realization became Minority Possible. A platform built around one question:
What if what runs in the family doesn’t have to keep running in the family?

Our family
Not simply money. We think about what they inherit in their bodies, beliefs, relationships, habits, opportunities, confidence, faith, expectations, and understanding of what is possible.
Minority Possible grew out of our own desire to build something different — and help other families do the same.

Annie helps women understand their bodies, hormones, health, and the changes that often happen after 40. Her work makes complicated health conversations easier to understand and gives women practical ways to begin taking ownership of their health again.
Book Annie To Speak
Joel brings together healthcare, entrepreneurship, behavior change, and practical systems to help people move from information to action. His work explores the connection between health, personal agency, ownership, opportunity, and the kind of life and legacy people are able to build.
Book Joel To SpeakTogether
Joel and Annie bring two different perspectives to that one conversation. That is Minority Possible.
Live Well. Own More. Love Better. Leave Better.
